1. Reservation
The first step in flying with Flight Mode Simulations is to reserve a slot by filling out and submitting the reservation form below.
Upon receipt of your reservation, we will process the request. You will be contacted as soon as possible for payment details or alternative simulator availability information. Upon receipt of payment, you will be contacted again with your booking confirmation and respective invoice. Pre payment is required beforehand to guarantee the client Slot.
If you have any doubts whether the Slot is enough to carry out your intended flight, or any other doubts about our operation, please submit the contact form instead to request information before making any reservation.
It is possible to fly anywhere in the world however we have the following locations with more visual detail available:
Seatle, Denver, Menphis, Louisville, Toronto, New York, Tampa, Miami, Bermuda, Philipsburg, Funchal, Gibraltar, Faro, Lisbon, Porto, London, Manchester, Reykjavik, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Innsbruck, Vienna, Skiathos, Doha and Dubai.
There are 4 options available to simulate and select in the reservation form:
- Point-to-point flight under normal operation.
- Local flight under normal operation.
- Point-to-point flight under abnormal operation.
- Local flight under abnormal operation.

In case of need, you can request a qualified Instructor on the Boeing 737-800 in the Booking Form. Cost and availability will be communicated prior to receipt of payment details.
You can also request the Media Pack in the Booking Form which has an additional cost of 40 Eur.
2. Check-in
Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to discover our store while we prepare the simulator for you. The flight to be simulated will be confirmed at this stage.
Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time to avoid delays that may cause your session to end prematurely.
3. Briefing
After the check-in process, a briefing will be conducted in the meeting room where all the phases of the simulation to be carried out will be detailed and explained. Information will also be given here about the operation of the simulator, facilitating its operation on the first contact. We strongly encourage less experienced customers to ask any questions they may have about the simulator and the following flight experience at this stage.
Finally, some safety instructions and simulator rules will be given before boarding the simulator.
4. Flight in the Simulator
At Flight Mode Simulations we emphasize training. All sessions are accompanied by qualified staff, who will always have an educational approach, conveying to customers the reality of flying the Boeing 737-800.
For this purpose, the following simulation options are provided:
- Point-to-point flight in normal operation involves all phases of preparation of the aircraft and is intended to simulate the operation of a normal commercial flight from systems startup to battery shutdown at the destination. The preparation for the flight itself takes an average of 30 minutes.
- Local flight in normal operation is intended for normal free flight training at a given airport and may or may not include the entire aircraft configuration process depending on the time or the customer's wishes.
- Abnormal local or point-to-point flight is intended to simulate emergency situations and procedures requiring more time and experience from customers.
Fear of Flight
If you suffer from Aerophobia or fear of flying, we propose a program of direct contact with specialists who, in a controlled, relaxed and friendly environment, will help you to face and overcome your fear of flying.
In our state of the art simulator, specialists will provide you with a pleasant, safe, very informative and interesting experience with a wealth of knowledge about the safety and efficiency of commercial aviation.
The 02H30m program, conducted by two specialists, consists of a reception and introduction briefing about the simulator, its operation and objectives, followed by a two-hour session in the flight simulator, after which you will receive a flight certificate.
This almost real experience promises to be a great step to arouse your curiosity to embark on other flights.

The price for this program shall be determined based on each client evaluation.
Only one additional guest will be allowed in the simulator since the maximum capacity is 4 people.
